All orders are shipped in FSC approved paper mailing bags with a paper branded sticker. All products are shipped in plastic poly bags and every single part of our packaging can be fully recycled.

Hermes standard 2-4 day tracked - Free on all orders
DPD Next Working Day delivery - £5.95 (Order before 2pm)
DPD Saturday Delivery - £9.95 (Order before 2pm Friday)
International Orders:
Deutsche Post Standard Delivery - Free on all orders
Deutsche Post Rest of World Standard Delivery - Free on all orders
* All duties & taxes will be covered by us when shipping to the EU for orders under £120. For orders over this value, you may be liable to cover the cost of duties & freight.
Please note, non EU international customers may be liable to pay for courier customs charges / fees where applicable.
In the event that your parcel has not arrived within the designated shipping time, or has no tracking information or recent updates please let us know as soon as possible. In order to receive full compensation for lost or missing orders you will need to notify us within the following time frames:
UK Customers – 7 days from date of dispatch
International Customers – 14 days from date of dispatch
Please note that if we are notified of any problems with your shipment outside of these windows, we may only be able to offer store credit as compensation for any parcels that are declared as lost.
